HOT Pilates with Props
Get ready to sweat and strengthen in our HOT Pilates with Props class! This class is held in a heated room (85-90 degrees) to amplify your Pilates practice, enhancing the physical and mental benefits of this powerful full-body workout. Suitable for all levels, though some prior Pilates experience is helpful, this class combines the fundamentals of Pilates with the added challenge of props like resistance bands, small balls, and Pilates rings.
Pilates is a comprehensive workout that targets every muscle group, focusing on core strength, alignment, and flexibility. By incorporating props, you’ll engage muscles more deeply, improve coordination, and enhance body awareness. The infrared heat promotes increased circulation, deeper muscle relaxation, and enhanced detoxification, allowing for greater ease and fluidity in movement while pushing you mentally and physically.
