Meghann came to yoga several years ago during a difficult transition in her life.  After having two children, Meghann felt she had lost a connection with herself.  Through the tool of yoga, the journey to remembering herself began and has continued since.  “Yoga helps me to remember the essence of who I am inside.  When I’m connected to who I am, I feel more joy.  I show up as a better version of myself for others”.  Meghann completed her 200-hour mindful yoga teacher training through Healthy Body Peaceful Soul (now Insight with Joni) in Sewickley, PA.  Meghann recently completed her 300-hour yoga teacher training through Vira Bhava Yoga based in Asheville, NC.

In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, Meghann is a physical therapist, receiving her doctorate in physical therapy from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2009.  Meghann is passionate about pelvic health physical therapy, and working with women who want to build a deeper level of inner awareness both in their bodies and in their lives.  Meghann strongly values self-responsibility as a tool to live an authentic life.

Meghann offers physical therapy services (including but not limited to pelvic health physical therapy and dry needling), group yoga classes/workshops, and private yoga classes.

Meghann is a native of the Ohio Valley region and is committed to serving the people of the community.  She lives in Bridgeport, OH with her husband and two children.  Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, playing with her dogs, practicing yoga, paddleboarding, hiking, and photography.

Jim W.

Jim began practicing yoga in 2002 as part of an employee wellness program at his place of work with the hope of alleviating lower back problems. After a few weeks of classes, he felt the physical benefits of yoga and began developing a deeper connection between mind, body, and breath. This connection led to a passion for yoga that he
brings to his mat each time he practices or teaches.

Jim believes that everyone can practice and gain some benefit from yoga. He enjoys sharing his experience and knowledge of yoga with others through his relaxed and light-hearted teaching style. While Jim believes that yoga should be fun, he will still give you a workout of the mind and body providing modifications as needed to allow you to get the most from the postures. Jim’s personality, patience and respect of individual’s abilities and limitations makes his class both fun and challenging to all levels of yoga students regardless of age, sex or body type.

Jim continues to practice Yin, Vinyasa, and restorative styles of yoga and combines these practices into his classes. His goal for each student is to walk off their mat with a feeling of rejuvenation and inner peace while improving their strength, flexibility, and balance.

When not on his mat or behind a computer screen at work, Jim likes to spend time with family, friends and his dogs.

Tina Y.

Tina has had an interest in health and wellness for the last 20 years, as she was trying to find answers regarding her own health challenges. She always wanted to get to the root cause instead of using the “pill for every ill” concept that was prominent in conventional medicine.

Her curiosity and love of learning always kept her reading and exploring a variety of ways to improve her health and find a better quality of life. This led her to enroll in the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in 2019 to further gain a deeper understanding of the way the body works to achieve optimal health. She graduated in September 2020 as a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach through the FMCA which is an affiliate of the Institute of Functional Medicine.

After completing the course in the midst of the pandemic and dealing with her own work/life balance challenges, she realized that using these fundamentals was just part of the whole body wellness she was looking for!

She has incorporated intuition and creativity in her unique health coaching style to help her clients build the skills to make transformational change in their own lives.
