Reformer Pilates is a form of Pilates that uses a specialized machine called the Reformer to provide resistance and support for exercises. It focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, posture, and overall body alignment through controlled movements.

We’re excited to announce the upcoming launch of our Reformer Pilates Beginners Intro Cohorts! These 4-week sessions are designed to help you build the foundational skills needed to confidently join our group Reformer classes once they’re available.

What to Expect:

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Frequency: Twice a week with the same group
  • Goal: Learn essential Reformer Pilates techniques and gain confidence to transition into regular group classes.

You’ll be guided by our skilled Reformer Pilates apprentices: Nicole, Tricia, Erica, Julie, and Alli, who are dedicated to supporting your progress every step of the way!
