We offer many different types of classes. Whether you want a more physically demanding class or an easy, relaxing, meditative class, we have something for everyone. 

YOGA

Breathe & Flow – Healing and transformation are the ultimate goals of yoga. This well- balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and your breath. Modifications are always offered.
LEVEL: All levels

Foundations – For those newer to yoga, people recovering from illness or injury, or for athletes who want to complement their training, this basic, foundational yoga class will emphasize postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility within the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to balance the mind. You can expect the joy of simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. Helpful incorporation of props as needed.

Gentle – Sometimes, you just need to slow down. For those needing a softer, more nurturing experience, this well-supported class will leave you relaxed and refreshed.

HOT/WARM YOGA – HEATED WITH INFRARED TECHNOLOGY

Slow Burn – Don’t be fooled by the name. By moving slowly but mindfully we can connect into our power and build strength and grace. Be prepared to work hard, sweat and restore.

Flow + Restore – Enjoy and experience 45 minutes of vinyasa flow followed by therapeutic restorative poses. This 75 minute class will release, renovate and restore your body, mind and soul.

Sunrise Hot Flow – Unravel all the stiffness that sleep delivers. We’ll start with easy movement then move into balancing flows and breathwork designed to awaken your body for the day.

Power – Ignite your day with our invigorating Hot Power Yoga class! ‍ Rise and shine as you step into our heated room for a dynamic and empowering yoga experience. This high-energy session is designed to awaken your body, mind, and spirit, setting the tone for a successful day ahead.
LEVEL: Seasoned Beginner to Intermediate
TEMPERATURE: 95-102˚

Warm Restorative – This class will help to restore range of motion, revitalize the tissues and provides the space for the practitioner to nurture, soothe and calm themselves. Through the use of props and a warm room, this class will be the ultimate relaxation of your week.
