Terms & Conditions

1. MEMBERSHIPS & AUTO-PAY

   • All memberships operate on a 4-week (28-day) cycle.
   • Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis according to the plan selected.
   • Each membership or subscription type has its own specific terms, which will be provided separately.
   • Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms of the membership they select.

Payment Terms

   • First month payment is required at sign up and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
   • All memberships paid monthly are not refundable in part or full after an auto-draft has run, under any circumstances.
   • An ACH account and/or credit/debit card must be used for payment and saved on file.
   • Restore Yoga + Pilates is not responsible for insufficient funds penalties or over-limit fees charged by the member’s bank.
   • Restore Yoga + Pilates may auto-draft dues on the credit/debit card provided at sign up if the member’s bank account has insufficient funds, and may charge back to the member any penalties incurred by the studio due to insufficient funds.

2. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

   • Memberships may be canceled, but cancellation requests must be submitted within 10 days of the next scheduled auto-pay date.
   • Requests must be in writing, either by emailing hello@restoreyogaandwellness.com
 or through the studio app.
   • It is the responsibility of the client to confirm acknowledgment of their cancellation request.

Membership Freezes

   • Memberships may be frozen for a maximum of 2 weeks.
   • Certain exceptions may be considered, but a definite unfreeze date must be given at the time of the request.
   • Once a freeze has been lifted, any unused classes will resume, and the auto-pay billing date will be adjusted.
   • Important Note: Freezing a membership will cancel all of the customer’s future bookings associated with that subscription. Once canceled, those bookings will be permanently lost.

3. MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS, HOLDS & CHANGES

   • All memberships paid monthly renew automatically month to month.
   • For cancellations, holds, or changes to memberships, members must notify Restore Yoga + Pilates by email (hello@restoreyogaandwellness.com) at least 10 days prior to the next auto-draft.
   • Once a member has submitted an email request, it is the member’s responsibility to ensure they receive a confirmation reply from the studio that the request has been processed.
   • Restore Yoga + Pilates is not responsible if a member fails to review their bank statements. In any dispute, the member must provide copies of their email request and the studio’s confirmation. If the studio did not process the agreed change, funds rightfully owed will be reimbursed. Without email proof, no refunds will be issued.
   • Members wishing to change memberships (or otherwise modify contracts) must sign a new membership agreement. No fees will be charged for changes.

4. STUDIO CANCELLATIONS

   • Classes and events require a minimum of 3 registered participants at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time to be held.
   • If a class or event is canceled due to low enrollment, any participant already signed up will have their pass credited back to their account.
   • Restore Yoga + Pilates reserves the right to modify class schedules and instructor assignments at any time.

5. CLIENT CLASS & APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE

   • Classes:
        • Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before class start time.
        • Late cancellations: $15 fee.

   • No-shows:
        • Yoga & Mat Pilates = $25
        • Reformer Pilates = $35

   • After fees are charged, class credits are returned to your account.

   • Appointments/Privates: Must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the appointment or full charge of the service.

6. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

   • All payments are final. Purchases of classes, memberships, and wellness services are non-refundable.
   • In cases of advance cancellation (appointments, workshops, or events), studio credit may be issued according to the policy of the specific service.

7. FACILITY & EQUIPMENT USE

   • Clients agree to treat all equipment and studio property with care.
   • Any damages caused by negligence or misuse may result in repair/replacement charges billed to the client.

8. HEALTH & SAFETY

   • Clients are responsible for their own health and participation in physical activity.
   • Clients should not attend classes or sessions if they are experiencing illness or contagious conditions.
   • Restore Yoga + Pilates maintains cleaning and safety protocols; clients are expected to follow posted health & safety guidelines.

9. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

   • Participation in classes and services implies consent to photography and videography for promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

   • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.
   • These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Ohio.

11. OTHER PROVISIONS

   • Membership prices are subject to change. Price changes will only apply after 12 consecutive months from a member’s first sign up. Members will be notified via email before any increase.
   • Class schedules are subject to change without notice. Please check the app or website for real-time updates. No specific number of classes is guaranteed.
   • Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, 10-class and 30-class packs may be shared with one other person.
