PHYSICAL THERAPY EVALUATION
75 MINUTES $100
This initial 75-minute visit includes formal one-on-one assessment & treatment using an integrative approach to address patient specific injury, pain and/or impairment. Treatment is individualized to include skilled exercise, manual “hands on” therapy, and/or additional pain-relieving and stress reducing modalities. This session includes 100% hands-on time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
PHYSICAL THERAPY FOLLOW-UP
60 MINUTES $80
This follow-up visit continues to address the impairments identified in the initial evaluation. Treatment is individualized to include skilled exercise, manual “hands on” therapy, and/or additional pain-relieving and stress reducing modalities. This session includes 100% hands-on time with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.
