CORE CONNECTIONS
When you think of “core,” abdominal muscles immediately spring to mind. Here, however, imagine your core is composed of both the front and back side of your entire trunk, broadening the spectrum to include the spine, pelvic girdle, abdomen and hip joints. This slower-paced class aims to build your connection with the deep core and pelvic floor muscles, helping you build resilience for a long standing yoga practice. Core Connection is appropriate for all levels and explored in a non-heated room. Modifications and prop use is offered throughout your experience in this 60 minute class.
