We offer many different types of classes. Whether you want a more physically demanding class or an easy, relaxing, meditative class, we have something for everyone.
Breathe & Flow - Healing and transformation are the ultimate goals of yoga. This well- balanced flow class will get you out of your head and into your body and your breath. Modifications are always offered. All Levels. Non-Heated
Foundations - For those newer to yoga or those needing to get back to their "roots", this soulful and rejuvenating class will strengthen both the body and the mind. All-Levels. Non-Heated
Gentle - Sometimes, you just need to slow down. For those needing a softer, more nurturing experience, this well-supported class will leave you relaxed and refreshed. All-Levels. Non-Heated
Power - This power class will offer students the ability to build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow, students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. This class is not recommended for beginners. Non-Heated
Restorative - Restorative yoga deeply relaxes the body and stills the mind. The use of props will enhance flexibility which allows the body to heal and return to balance. This class is suitable for everyone. All Levels. Non-Heated.
Zen - This class is a mindful practice of breath and movement. We gently “meet” the body and explore its possibilities through stretching and softening. We build strength with weight bearing poses and explore endurance in standing poses. Final Resting pose is an iRest Richard Miller technique to access the many energy levels of the body for healing after this zenlike practice.
Slow Burn - Don't be fooled by the name. By moving slowly but mindfully we can connect into our power and build strength and grace. Be prepared to work hard, sweat and restore. Beginner to Intermediate Level. Heated with Infared Technology.

Flow + Restore – Enjoy and experience 45 minutes of vinyasa flow followed by therapeutic restorative poses. This 75 minute class will release, renovate and restore your body, mind and soul. All Levels. Heated with Infared Technology.
Warm Yin - A Yin practice will help to restore range of motion, revitalize the tissues and provides the space for the practitioner to nurture, soothe and calm themselves. Through the use of props and a warm room, this class will be the ultimate relaxation of your week. All Levels. Room heated between 75-85 degrees.
Suspension Foundations - Learn a new way of doing yoga! In this class we will explore all the ways the aerial suspension hammock can lengthen, stretch and strengthen your body. Safety and alignment will be the main focus. Each class will end in a floating sivasana, enabling a deep relaxation. All Levels. Non-Heated.
Suspension Elevate – Elevate your body and mind to the next level by building strength while flying through the air. This class uses the Aerial Hammock that moves through a series of poses, inversions and body weight movements meant to lengthen and strengthen the whole body. Floating sivasana will balance out the class leaving you feeling connected and calm. Non-Heated.
**Prerequisite** Two Suspension Foundation classes are required before taking this class.
Suspension Restorative Yin - This class is a healing sanctuary offering a gentle, meditative, slow and rehabilitative version of yoga using an aerial hammock. Perfect for anyone with physical limitations or injuries or those just needing a gentler approach to their practice. Soothing inversions and spinal traction will balance your mind and body. As always, floating sivasana will prolong your peaceful state. All Levels. Non-Heated.
PiYo - PiYo is a cardio and body weight class that incorporates Pilates and yoga inspired moves for a workout that is challenging but fun. This class is accessible to most due to many excellent modification options. All Levels. Non-Heated
Yoga HIIT - Yoga HIIT is a fun, empowering and motivating class that will tone and tune up your body, fast. This class infuses high intensity interval training to your yoga flow. Yoga HIIT is known for its high-energy approach. This 45-minute class will combine short intervals of fast-paced activity with periods of active recovery. All Levels. Non-Heated.
Yoga Bootcamp - Start your day off right with this one-hour workout that includes cardio, yoga, high-intensity intervals, and body-weight exercises. Burn a lot of calories and be energized too! All Levels. Non-Heated.
