Reiki Therapy
45-60 MINUTES $75
Reiki is a Japanese term derived from the words Rei, natural spirit, and Ki, vital energy. The common translation is “The Universal Life Force”. It is a form of healing through energy that is transferred by a “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy of love flows through and around us. It is an immediate healing process for humans as well as for our animals, homes, food, plants and even situations. Reiki is a life force energy that is abundant and available in our world. It is available to us at any time. Reiki increases our body’s electrical energy, helping us to live more vibrantly. We can then use this energy for the greater good of all. Chakra clearing and balancing can also be combined with Reiki. There are seven chakra systems in the body, each corresponding to seven main nerve plexuses along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head. When the chakras are “open”, the electrical energy can easily flow through us. Often times, the chakras can become unbalanced or “closed”, impairing the flow of energy through us. By combining Chakra balancing with Reiki, the flow of energy through the body can be enhanced.

Sound Bath + Reiki Therapy

Sound Therapy or a Sound Bath Meditation is an experience that utilizes instruments and the voice for a therapeutic, restorative and healing purpose. It is passive, yet extremely powerful and beneficial for the mind, body and spirit. Adding Reiki to this experience greatly improves the healing process.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH MEDITATION SESSION LIKE?
We begin with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position either on the floor or in a chair. After a few minutes of guided attention to the breath, the tones and frequencies are introduced in succession creating an immersion in the sounds.
A sound bath is an opportunity to explore what a meditative state is and feels like. It can help anyone who wants to access a moment of relaxation or gain the benefits of meditation. For this reason, it can be beneficial for both beginners and experienced meditators as well. There’s no judgement or expectation put on oneself. The goal is to invite deep rest, healing relaxation, and self exploration.
