Hike N’ Yoga
Memories from our most recent hikes!
As part of our "RESTORE OUTDOOR" series our HIKE N' YOGA is definitely something you do not want to miss!
We will meet at the entrance of a designated trail where you will be guided through pranayama (breath awareness), a few standing postures to get your muscles warmed up, and an intention setting.
We will then take our hike and finish with a 30 minute yoga session.
Please bring a mat or towel, water, all-natural bug spray and be ready to let Mother Nature (and the guide) lead you through a transformational experience!
