Need a break in the middle of your day just to get through  the rest of it?

Join Dr. Jim Casebolt every second and fourth Wednesday's of the month throughout summer to reduce stress, promote relaxation and increase awareness to the present moment..... which is yummier than a BLT!

Each session will include silent mindfulness sitting mediation, moving meditations based on Tai chi and yoga, and guided meditations. Novices welcome at 11:45 am for a brief primer on how to practice.
