Science has proven that daily meditation can improve stress levels, your mood, compassion, self-compassion, sleep and chronic pain. Meditation can also lower anxiety, depression, and aggression.

Each session will include silent mindfulness sitting mediation, moving meditations based on Tai chi and yoga, and guided meditations. Novices welcome at 6:45 for a brief primer on how to practice.
