Ayurveda Workshop with Kerry Harling

We are very excited about this event as it promises to be a phenomenal workshop!

We are going to visit all of our health habits and establish what is individually right for you. For example; are you eating the right foods in the right seasons? Are you getting up at the right time, going to bed at the right time? And are you doing the right exercises to get the best results for your particular metabolic type? Maybe some foods that otherwise seem fine may actually be the cause of things like weight-gain, low energy or stress.

We will find out all the answers in this workshop with Kerry Harling, Certified Ayurveda Practitioner at The University of Pittsburgh Center for Integrative Medicine and the owner of The Holistic Highway.

Here is a little about Kerry:

Kerry is a globally recognized leader in the field of integrative medicine and the ancient science of health known as Ayurveda. She is passionate about raising awareness for the need for a change in contemporary medicine that focuses on patient empowerment and a health-based (rather than disease-based) medical system. Kerry practices at The University of Pittsburgh Center for Integrative Medicine and remains a pioneer in the field of integrative medicine where she has developed a personalized system to manage chronic disorders by incorporating fundamental changes in diet, behavior, and stress while focusing on genetics. This individualized program is so successful that many of her clients have achieved maximum healing and vitality after years of chronic problems.

Kerry is a published author and a Ted Talk presenter and author of the book the 25-Day Ayurveda Cleanse.
