Mantra Movement

Join Tanya for a warm gentle class to bring in gratitude for the new year and the season that has passed. You will develop a Mantra to help carry you through the New Year. This Mantra will be one that can be reflective of all your goals as well as adaptive across different areas of your life. The practice will be a mix of standing and restorative poses to renew the mind, body and soul.
