Candlelight Full Moon Gentle Yoga

The full moon is a time for a slower more meditative lunar yoga practice. It is a time to release what no longer serves us, inviting an expansion of our minds and bodies.

This candlelit class will incorporate Chandra Namaskar, or Moon Salutation in a gentle way. This quieting sequence will cultivate the moon's soothing lunar energy, elevating feelings of reflection, intuition and illumination.
